The full race video on demand is up on speedcasttv.com It took some doing and funds but I got the graphics creator to put me qualifying second and I got the anouncer to swap me out for Jim Richmond. Enjoy the video one and all.

I noticed those same errors.

 

But I thought they did a good job of promoting the 2009 NASA 944Spec National Champion!!!

 

Go to YouTube and look for Tylers in car video. Tyler did a great job of reeling in Dirks. And the last lap traffic added a great effect to the race.

 

It could just have easily gone to Tyler.

I agree, Tyler did a great job driving! If only Dave didn't make those 2 critical mistakes in turn 1, which allowed Tyler to catch up. Otherwise I think Dave would have maintained his six second lead... I just wanted to say Congrats to my husband, you drove a terrific race, and congrats on the new track record!!!!!!! I am very proud of you!

Both Dave and Tyler showed incredible speed and consistency throughout the race. Tyler had a lot of catching up to do but the traffic at that end made for a great finish. If only Tyler had a decent start, they would have had a 45 minute battle. There's always next year

I watched it live, in a (rental) tuxedo, even (had a charity event to go right then)! It was great to have John Lindsey in commentary. I thought it was nicely done, much better than last year. A real nail biter in the end! Both Tyler & Dave worked the traffic really well - a clinic on traffic management. It help that the other competitors were well behaved, and courteous. From the angle of the camera, it looked like Dave had the opportunity to box Tyler in behind an SE30 towards the end of the last lap. Wether he was being nice, or felt he needed to take a more defensive, inner line from his angle, I'm not sure. Great stuff, though!
