Yes, the weekend will be a standard NASA-SE weekend with HPDE, TT and Racing - with one minor difference... we will start the day at 12 noon on sunday and run until 8pm...

At that time of year, it should still be pretty light at 8PM, yes? Though the lights on would be cool. Please tell me this will be an annual event. It would be another jewel in the SE crown.

How well lighted is the infield? That's the question...

 

I know at TxMS (the one that NASCAR races on now, not the good track in College Station) that the banking is well lighted but you can't see jack squat without decent lights on your car when you're on the infield sections

 

Just something to think about - really wish I could make that one, sounds AWESOME!
