mansier Posted August 12, 2003 Share Posted August 12, 2003 David Mills won the 2nd annual Nelson 200, put on August 9th by the NASA OH/IN region at Nelson Ledges Road Course near Warren, Ohio. Mills drove consistent laps on his way to the championship.
