Dual axle electric brakes, counter balanced ramp, wall mounted tire rack, wall mounted shelves, work bench with vise grip, electric winch with wireless remote control, ceiling lights, electric tongue jack, Draw-Tite weight distribution and anti-sway tow hitch system, car battery for ceiling lights (charges from brake harness). New tires, good brakes, new wheel bearings (inner and outer) all around, new emergency breakaway system. Water tight, finished white walls inside, tire stop and diamond plating on floor.
