Good Afternoon,

My name is Chris and I have a 2005 Mustang GT. About a year ago my dad bought me the one day Miller Motorsports Ford Racing Driving school for my birthday and ever since I have been hooked! I was just recently on a plane when I stumbled upon the Mustang/Camaro Challenge and was in love. I really would love insight on how to work upto that level. From what I gather it all starts at HPDE and from there you and your car develop into potential drivers (with all the right credentials in time)? Any insight would be wonderful. I am in Northern California right now. Thanks!

Chris-

You will need to work up to HPDE4 and then get through either a comp school or use the NorCal instructor evaluation program. Best is to sign up for an upcoming event in HPDE1 at either Infineon or Thunderhill and go from there. Your instructors will observe you and help guide you through the process until they feel you are ready to come join us in CMC.

Good luck and have fun!

Chris-

It really depends on the track and the weekend. You can expect about $179 for one day and and $329 for two days at most NorCal events. Sign up as early as possible as these normally sell out pretty quickly.
