Maintained by me. I'm an ex-mechanic and now gearhead Ford engineer. Extremely anal about my vehicles. Shell Rotella every 7k miles, fuel filters every 15k miles. New front/rear brakes including new rotors about 3000 miles ago.

Truck was built late in 04 right before the 2005 model launch, it has all the important 6.0L diesel fixes that plagued the earlier trucks. It was so late that for some reason it has the newer 05 model badges. I've owned the truck since new and it has always performed beyond my needs. My only initial complaint was low speed drivability with the manual trans which I fixed with a mild "tow" tune.

I used the truck initially as my daily driver and to tow a 4,500lb car/trailer combo about 6 times a year. After picking up an SVT Focus to do daily driver duties the truck has mostly been doing garage time. This things tows like a dream. Only selling because I'm inheriting my late fathers 04 F150. Believe me my preference is to sell the F150 and keep the F250 but that probably wouldn't be cool from a family politics perspective so the F250 sadly must go.
