There are no conflicting race dates this weekend.

Let's have a good showing for the class and some great racing.

If you know somebody who's ready to come racing with us in our class, let's get them to the Driving Concepts Racing School that same weekend.

Let's see how many other 944 driver's we can get entered in the HPDE groups! We'll all be in the paddock together.

At the March event Ryan Flaherty gave away race entry bucks! Let's cash them in. Send him an email asap. I gave him the names of the winners.

Those confirmed so far for:

RACING:

Puddester #11

Comeau #22

Addy #88

Weitze #24

Marks

Dement #004

HPDE:

Rickard #77

Don Neville

Weeks # 54

I'm in ! The car is out of the body shop and at Black Forest for suspension work. I plan on shaking it out at the Q on 5/1. Oh yeah, I recieved my hard card NASA license today . I really hope to see some of the non licensed drivers doing the HPDE.

Congrats Bill! And great news about your car.

You know who the new drivers are. Help me drag them to the HPDE. They'll have a blast at their own pace!

I think it's a great idea to get some 944's together at the 5/1 QDE. Lots of bang for the buck!

I am getting the impression that we have some drivers that are relunctant to make that next step to run with NASA, HPDE or otherwise. To those that are relunctant, I say do it! Come on out and at least meet some new people and see what its all about. If nothing else its more seat time... Thats my $0.02.

I will FINALLY be able to try out my car at Willow on the 21/22.

I was going to take the Driving Concepts school, BUT, I really just want to drive the car and have a little fun. So, that will have to wait.

Well that's cool as hell! We've been waiting for your debut.......

Are you going to enter in the HPDE groups?

Yes, I will do the HPDE both days, the car has never been driven, so, hopefully it will stay together for two days.

Don Neville is the proud owner of the A&W Rootbeer 944. He has a great attitude and is looking to enjoy himself with the great group of people currently running in the class. He will be a welcomed addition.

Excellent......

I love to see the "themed" car paint and graphics jobs!

You'll probably see some copies of some of the Australian 944-spec cars here soon......check out their website.

The more attractive we can make the cars, the more drivers we'll atract from elsewhere to join the class.

Just remember we can make the car attactive, but making the driver's attractive... That is another matter!

Sean's car isn't going to make it this time. Again..... he's so busy dismantling cars.

Where do you guys want to pit? Dennis will need an RV hookup.

I'd like to get to the side of the snack bar like we usually do.

Also, The Desert Inn has new owners and they're starting renovations. It's kind of a tradition for me to go to Club DI while I'm racing at Willow. Great people watching.

There's a breakfast place right in front of the hotel. There's also a sports bar less than 100 meters away! Martinis for everyone!
