I bought this second hand just a short time ago. I have never used it and the previous owner said it was new/never used and not registered.

 

It only came with the transponder, no chargers, no mount. I have since then bought everything that it comes with new.

 

Comes with: ALL NEW - Car charger, AC charger, charging dock and mount.
