1994 325i 4dr 5sp Track day or Spec 3 candidate

I've had this car for about 5 years or so and was "saving it" to build a spec 3 car. Have built 3 spec e30's and know its much better to start off with a good car than chase down gremlins in a POS...... here's a link to the CL ad I put up today http://greensboro.craigslist.org/cto/2759333333.html It has never been on a track.
