00integravtecgsr
I'm debating building a B20/VTEC for TT and HC next year. What pistons are legal to run in HC in the B20/VTEC. They need to be 84.5. Are the RS Machines legal?

Are the RS Machines legal? In a nutshell, NO. The RS Machines pistons are NOT legal. HC rules state that all parts in the block (except bearings and rod bolts) must have an Honda OEM number. None of the factory pistons are 84.5mm.

jmeris
what did you use? you can pm me if you want. I used the PHK pistons from the 99-00 B20z and cut out the valve reliefs. I also have a PR-3 vtec head ported and polished by RLZ Engineering for sale. It's proven that RLZ makes more power than ANY other B-Series H1 (AND H2-just like how I won with at the national championships in 2010) spec cylinder heads in the business. Let me know if you would be interested in buying it.
