Cory M
I've got a few basic questions. I may have the opportunity to co-drive in some enduros this year. How does the track time work out for enduro racers at NASA events? Does the enduro entry fee include any practice sessions or is it assumed that you will be racing in another class and practicing with them? If you have 2 drivers how can each get practice time if sharing a car? Would we have to sign up for 2 classes and the enduro to get some seat time before the enduro? I've never driven Infineon and would want to get some practice in before jumping into the race. Thanks.
wlfpkrcn1
Cory, Typically Enduro practice is during a qualifying session for a race group. If both drivers want time, you would need to sign up for racing/TT or HPDE. The March event is Sunday morning (race starts 8:30) with a brief warm up prior. You would want to sign up and run on Saturday for track time to learn the track. Infineon is a great track. Do the Enduro if you can make it work! bellwilliam
anyone know how to "supersize" Enduro with a PT race ? there is no option...
wlfpkrcn1
I don't think Jerry is offering any "Supersizing" for the event. I don't think I have seen Jerry offer a "supersize" with an Enduro entry. I think you guys offered down south last year?
bellwilliam
yes, in SOCAL, we always had supersize. http://nasaproracing.com/event/1396 for Infineon event registration page, it even has this in red: "SUPERSIZE NOTES: Spec Miata drivers may NOT Supersize to PT Spec E30 drivers may NOT Supersize to GTS" so I guess NORCAL do supersize.... wlfpkrcn1
E30 and SM can usually "supersize" Maybe it was an issue with Sundays schedule being only racing? Sessions to close together?
