CMC at CMP this weekend

A big thanks to the CMC guys (Chris, Ray, etc) that played with us in Comp School this weekend. I was in the red Z06 and Morris was in the black Z06.

 

When I caught up to you four in the race this afternoon, I decided to hold back and watch you dice it up until Morris caught me. I pointed him by and he watched your battle for two laps before edging in on the fourth guy in line. I finally figured that you guys were finished fighting for the lead, so I got back on it and run hard until I got by Chris going in to T11.

 

I just HAD to do that to Chris after he ran me down during our Comp School exercises and messed with me. Hope we didn't screw up your final placements or anything. We got the hell out of your way after moving on through.

 

Good battle, made me miss my Cobras.

Hey Kevin! You guys did great all weekend, including during your rookie race on Sunday (glad you were able to run the race, to get one provisional out of the way).

 

And absolutely no issues at all for us CMC'ers and AI guys that were goin at it when you came up on us (I was wondering how long you guys were going to wait back there ).

Track awareness is key, and you guys shined. No surprise there.

I was also impressed how you and Morris seemed to continue "training" after you got by us (looked like you left door open encouraging a pass or two between the both of you).

 

Bring back that Cobra feeling and come CMC racing!! On second thought, nix that. I've got enough fast guys to deal with as is..

 

Congrats on your Comp license! You guys are gonna do well.
