Side Skirt replacment question

Hi Folks,

 

Any news on the rule modification (or non mod)? I also have the same situation of not having any right now and would like to put on some sort of side skirt. I'm going to have my house changed over to vinyl soon. I was hoping I could make use of the old Aluminum siding and be creative for what I need since the piece is kind of already bent the way it should be.
