RockLobster Posted March 1, 2012 Share Posted March 1, 2012 I assume you are classed under "Ford Mustang V8 ('99-'04) TTE** 3273lbs"? If so it does not appear that the mustang for 2000 was classed as "GT" only as a V8. And perhaps all V8s were GTs, i dont know im not a ford guy... Did any V8 (as a base engine) mustangs of any of those years have the spoiler as an option as opposed to standard(BTM)? If so you can update/backdate and have the option of no spoiler or spoiler. There are other homoligations that cover year ranges where one year a spoiler was optional and the next it was standard...thus IMO the update backdate rule gives you the choice of running the stock spoiler or removing it.
