This was sent to an email I don't typically give out. Also Defnder was from El Cajon. OR Innovative Safety Technology went out of business? It is documented that Innovative Safety Technology was sued by Hans for Patent 566 infringement. http://lokikart.com/purplein1/wp-content/uploads/2008/12/hans-v-innovative-complaint.pdf I assume Innovative Safety Solutions stayed in business because they can recertify the Defnder G70 that were sold prior to lawsuit. I cannot find documentation for the findings/results of the lawsuit Like I said, I own a Defnder and like the product. We as racers need to have all the available information before purchasing products. Knowing that NecksGen isn't going to suffer the same fate as the Defnder would be vital to someone about to purchase a device.
