WTB: Time Trial car

Looking for a time trial car that I can drive to the track, so something that hasn't been gutted. I'd prefer something that's been setup and has the safety equipment in it, so a car with seats, harnesses, rollbar, etc, etc.

 

Looking for a C5 Vette, STI, Evo, E36 M3. Something that competes in TTA-TTC.

 

Obviously the less I spend the better, but price range is from $10k-20k with room to move a bit higher if the car is turn key, ready to go.
