redsnake08 Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 This might be a dumb question (cars 101) but can someone tell me how to retain the stock power steering setup on my 97 cobra after switching to a tilton dual master cylinder setup? Ford had that hard line running up to the hydroboost system so with that being gone is it only a matter of re routing the lines? Quote
Mystic_Cobra Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 I still run the stock hydroboost on my 96 Cobra AI car. I am not certain, but I would expect that you should be able to bypass the hydroboost unit and send the fluid back with a custom line of some kind. I've never traced the lines to see what goes where.
