PowerSmith
I have a silver crown car (a large sprint car) that we are adapting so we can go road racing. It meets all of the saftey rules for USAC. It has a large bladder fuel cell with a carbon fiber shell arould the bladder and a steel bumper aroud the shell. Can we run this in Super unlimited. We are building a body to cover the wheels it will have a similar look to a sports racer only the motor will be in front and have a hell of a lot better cage. any feedback would be great
NASA Jim
Make sure it complies with the Safety requirements in the CCR ( http://www.nasaproracing.com/rules/ccr.pdf ) and take it to your local Tech Inspector.
bpanther
As long as it won't be painted yellow.. it's probably OK.
PowerSmith
Sorry we had to retire the yellow and car number 75 after racing at Watsonville. I rolled it about 8 times down the back straight. I think my head is still spinning. Thanks for the responsed.
