I am very jealous!!! Have fun and listen to your instructor and you will be good to go. Before I went, I got the DVD "Speed Secrets at the Glen". kieranlavin Posted April 10, 2012 Share Posted April 10, 2012 A good rule of thumb is to start out slow and work your way up to going fast rather than trying to go too fast too soon.
