Okay brand new HC racer here. Just got my provisional license at Road Atlanta this past weekend. Its an H4 car but I ran in H1 since there were no other H4 cars running this weekend. Anyway I ended up placing 5th in Sundays race and IIRC from talk heard around the paddock that actually pays some decent money. Question is what do I need to do to get it?

You need to sign up through Honda where you can obtain the proper sticker package that is required for participation in the program. They pay $200 for a win on Saturday races only. Good Luck.

to register for Honda Performance Development go here: http://hpd.honda.com/racing-line/become-a-member/. They do pay out for Saturday's race only but they pay 1st place, 5th place and 10-th if enough people enter.

 

For Toyo, just print the form, race results from the event or my laps and have Ron sign off on it then fax it in. You earned a $25 Toyo Bucks for Sunday's race.

 

By the way, I went by your pit twice after the race Sunday and missed you both times. It was great racing with you Mike this weekend and look forward to the next event. Congrats on Comp School and completing your first weekend of w2w.

Thanks Rob. Sorry you missed me. I went down to where the guy in the Rabbit that I was racing for most of the race on Sunday was to give him some shit, then I packed up and headed out. I had to come back though because I forgot to turn in my rented transponder. I got back there as they were packing up the NASA hauler. So much for leaving early.

 

Great racing with all you guys. See you out there again sometime.
