Where To Get Car Insurance For An HPDE car?

I have an 1997 M3 which is only used for doing HPDE event. The car is registered and has plates but based on the modifications Geico will not cover it.

Any alternatives?

are you trying to cover anything that might happen to it on track, or just while stored/transported/in-the-paddock (ie STP)?

The first can be pricey, the second one isn't bad at all though.

Look into OnTrackInsurance.com. I just hooked up with them for my events this year. They're underwritten by Great American Insurance Group, that covers 50 states and DC. You get discounts for setting up 3 or more event coverages.
