Posted August 3, 2012 Author National Staff Share Posted August 3, 2012 Just so everyone knows, this rule was always in H2 and somehow inadvertently lost in an update that was done back in 2011. So, this just correct something that always existed in H2. Everything else should remain the same until the end of the year to promote rules stability.
