With 29 race teams competing in a 3-hour enduro at Buttonwillow Raceway Park in June 2012, the WERC Series continues to attract new racers and build momentum. At that pace, the Series is certainly poised to break the record 89 teams that competed in 2011. With representation from virtually every racing class in NASA, and from other sanctioning bodies as well, it seems racers have discovered the thrill and value of endurance racing. Thanks to the professionalism of our drivers, the WERC has earned a reputation of clean, close and extremely competitive racing.
