Glenn_Childers Posted September 20, 2012 Posted September 20, 2012 My daughter has a Miata she is trying to sell. The car makes sense as a parts-car because the motor is not running although it has a clean title. It has the infamous small-shoulder-bolt-crank-shaft. I am currently debating whether to epoxy it back on to get another 70K miles out of the car. I cannot in good conscience sell it as a shop will charge more to repair then the car is currently worth – on paper. If you know of somebody (local) interested in buying as is, we would like to sell. I would arrange to drop off to somebody within a 15 mile radius of Sonoma during 1st week of October if you know of a party willing to pay $500 for it. I will try to gather pictures to send.
