Might be able to do all that for 10K, but might be more. The shocks are the big variable. If you're going to cheap out on anything, it's the hood. The rest of it is pretty freaking hard to get balanced correctly. I'm learning a host of new terms. Re: Home Despot splitters: Yes, it can be done.
