I bought this car bone stock in 2011. Capaldi Racing (GRAND-AM team) built the car to its current state. It is a great starting point for American Iron or the new Spec Iron series. You could go either way with it. Currently the car makes 350 whp. Obviously, Spec Iron would require a motor change, but you'd come out ahead going back to stock. Here is everything Capaldi did to the car in Spring 2012 plus a few things I've added.

Engine

-Ford Racing 3V cylinder heads (M-6049-463P3/M-6050-463VP3)

-Ford Racing "Hot Rod Cams" (M-6550-3V)

-Ford Racing Intake Manifold (M-9424-463V)

-Ford Racing Head Changing Kit (M-6067-3V46)

-Ford Racing Long Tube Headers w/x-pipe(M-9430-MC)

-Ford Racing Cold Air Intake (M-9603-M463)

-Currently tuned on SCT by True Street in McKinney, TX

-Canton oil pan

-Donor 4.6 3V engine assembly (M-6007-MC)

-Ford Racing mufflers

-Ford Racing radiator (M-8005-MGT)

Drivetrain mods

-Centerforce dual friction clutch kit

-B&M shifter with custom nylon shift knob

-Standard 5 spd TR3650

-3.73 ring/pinion (M-4209-F373N)

-Torsen T2R differential (M-4204-T31H)

Brakes

-Ford Racing 4-piston front brake kit

-Ford Racing Front brake duct cooling kit (M-2004-MB)

Suspension/Wheels

-Ford Racing/Eibach swaybar kit (M-5490-D)

-GT500 Shelby wheels w/BFG KDW tires (black)

-Can be purchased with OEM Suspension, Eibach lowering springs/shocks (add $400), Spec Iron shocks (add $1998), or Moton 3 Way Suspension (add $4000)

-Vorshlag caster/camber plates

-Ford Racing rear shock mounts (if an eye to eye rear is used)

Exterior

-Comes with OEM hood and Tiger Racing fiberglass hood (currently installed)

-Stock otherwise with 1 door ding

-Rear bumper has minor dings from the previous owner

This car needs nothing except for the interior panels being reglued which was on my to-do list. Typical for this year. It is a great street, track or future race car for someone. And truthfully, with the cams, headers and exhaust, it sounds amazing outside and quiet inside. Weather here in Texas is wet so, no good pictures available at the moment. Car is in Plano, TX.

Price: $12,500
