Jake@JMU Posted January 16, 2013 Posted January 16, 2013 Hey there. So, I turned my '95 Miata into a mostly-track-car a while back, and the motor lasted about a year or so before deciding that all of the oil would be better used as part of the exhaust system I've tried some quick-fixes, but ultimately, I think it's got bad rings. The cheapest solution to fix this is to swap another good 1.8L into the car. Anyone have one? I'm in Northern VA but have access to trucks and could travel for a good motor. Ideally, this is a good long block that doesn't need anything (a TB/WP job would be OK though) and could be dropped in the car with minimal effort. Thanks! Quote
