Membership account issues

I have been trying to create an account so that I can register for the feb 8th and 9th event at Sonoma. Problem is that when I try to register I get a message that states I already have an account. I don't recall actually going through the process, although I did start one night but was cut short on the process. Unfortunatly when I try to have the account password sent to me I get a message that states there is no record of my e-mail address. I'm at a loss for what I can do sign up for the event. I was able to create an account here so perhaps I can use the user name and password I have here? Any help would be much appreciated. Feel free to e-mail me [email protected] that is also the address I was using to try and create the account for a nasa membership.

Thanks in advance,

James

You probably answered your own question with this: although I did start one night but was cut short on the process.

I would try to create a new account with a different email.

There is no NASA account, member or nonmember, that I can find set up in the national database with the email address listed above. So you should be able to start over using that address. Message me for further assistance if necessary. Hope it helps!

When I said cut short I should have been more clear. I never entered any information, the start of it was doing a little reading and finding the log in page. It was late, I didn't feel like entering the info so I marked the page as favorites for later use.

I don't use a different e-mail other than for work purposes so I would like to use the one listed if at all possible. I have seen another post where some one else was having the same issue with logging in. Now he has two accounts, I would like to avoid that if possible.
