Hello everyone,

I made a walkaround video here

Craigslist ad here http://baltimore.craigslist.org/cto/3643951693.html

Asking $9,500 obo (spares are negotiable to lower the price). The mileage reads 177k. It's a 1989 325is. Piper Motorsports built the cage and mounted the safety equipment.

I have 11 track weekends on the car. Each weekend is a little less than 2 hrs so approx 22 hrs. The owner before me said he did a few HPDE weekends and some auto crossing.

Motor: I had the head off at the beginning of last season. I broke a rocker and it made me nervous so I preventatively had the head resurfaced and valves done. No issues since. The low end was examined and all agreed that it didn't need anything. So the head was put back and we went racing. Only 2 events on the car since then. One weekend I finished 4th on sat and 5th on sun.

Trans: I have to assume it is original. Don't really know. Everything works fine. I put in a new clutch assembly and seals a couple seasons ago. Have always had Red Line MTL in it.

There is some body damage from a bump into the tires. You can see in the video. Left front fender and left rear are dented in. I had the frame and suspension checked to make sure nothing was bent. I got an alignment and went racing and had my best weekend after the fender bender.

New engine mounts, tranny mounts and diff bushings. The car runs great. My best finishes were 4th and 5th one weekend in the Mid-Atlantic. I attribute that to the car, not my driving:)

Spares include motor (complete with harness, ecu, oil pan, everything), trans, wheels (3sets, 2-15", 1-14"), tires (1 full tread, 1 good shaved, 1 practice), hood, hoses, filters, gaskets. I would have to look beyond that at the small stuff. Spares can come off the price to get it lower. I'm a motivated seller so make an offer.

Thanks for looking,
