rikgray
Here is a suggestion for the enduro rules: Allow turn signals on the cars. Usage is to be the same as street rules: blink left to move (or stay) left, blink right to move (or stay) right. At the 25 Hour, in the rain, at night, with arm restraints, with tape over the rear window, it is impossible to make hand signals that are visible. Turn signals would make for a safer race. The overtaking car can signal which side they will pass, and the slower car can signal back that they will stay or move to the opposite side. ILIKETODRIVE
Let's say I had some sort of say in this. If I did it would be that cars being overtaken would signal left or right (just like they would gesture with their hands) and that would indicate the side they would like you to overtake them on. And that would be that. No signals from overtaking car.
rikgray
Noticed that the Corvette at LeMans while being passed by Audi on the Mulsanne straight, stayed right and signaled right.

Signal to indicate where you are going to be makes sense too.
