My girlfriend and I are selling her S2K for $11,500 OBO. KBB for good condition is about $12,800 for the options and mileage, without any of the mods. The S2K is in good overall condition with a few mods. It has been a daily driver in the past, so it shows the typical wear of a car it's age (driver seat bolster, steering wheel, scratches, etc). We take good care of it and maintain it regularly, but it does have a few minor dings and scratches. The only thing wrong with the car is the soft top- it will need to be replaced if you're going to drive the car a substantial amount in the rain. The blue floor mats were missing when purchased- black rubber mats are in place temporarily. Other than those two issues, the car is in good condition mechanically and aesthetically. The tires are relatively new Continental Extreme Contact with lots of miles left. The engine was replaced with a re-man at approximately 70k miles under and insurance claim when the PO drove through a large puddle and hydrolocked the original engine. We have receipts for the work done as part of the insurance claim. The engine in the car runs smooth and pulls strong without any issues. The lady friend doesn't drive the car hard at all, but I have confirmed that VTEC functions properly. The car is mostly stock and has a desirable color combination. We need to sell it because we just brought the car to WV from Charlotte NC over the winter and it is no longer her DD. The car has spent the majority of its life in NC.

I just performed the following maintenance at 99k miles:

Engine oil w/ Mobil 1 5w-30 synthetic

Mobil M1-104 oil filter

Transmission fluid w/ Honda MTFII

Differential fluid w/ Redline 75w-90(LS)

Lubricated brake guides and pad corners (pads still have plenty of life)

Cleaned battery terminals and cables

New gas cap and fuel system cleaner

Exterior wax job, detail interior

New wipers

I just performed the following maintenance at 102k miles:

Flushed clutch master, bled clutch slave (Valvoline 3/4 synthetic)

Flushed brake master, bled brakes (Valvoline 3/4 synthetic)

@106k miles I changed the oil with Mobil and flushed the brake fluid with ATE Super Blue

The car has the following modifications:

K&N Typhoon Intake (car comes with a stock airbox as well)

Invidia N1 Exhaust cat-back dual

Shift knobs (comes with a Spoon-like aluminum knob)

Dynamat on the underside of the trunk lid

Factory rear spoiler

JTow,

I can send you some really good GF pics if you buy the car. She will even throw in some new material if you buy her car.
