Cobra4B
FYI '97-'00 cars were rated at 345/350 hp/tq. The 2001-2004 cars were rated at 350/375 hp/tq. They got a different cam profile, 241 heads, and the LS6 intake manifold.
mrslysly
FYI '97-'00 cars were rated at 345/350 hp/tq. The 2001-2004 cars were rated at 350/375 hp/tq. They got a different cam profile, 241 heads, and the LS6 intake manifold. I purchased a book, which is supposedly written by one of the GM techs that helped design the LS1, that said the 99+ FRC had 375 lb/ft torque. GM may have rated it at 350, what it actually produced may have been different. I will post some pictures asap. Just the car is $10k. All the extra parts I'm willing to sell individually now. FYI: I can't respond to private messages yet. Apparently I don't have enough activity on the forum. So if you do send me a private message please include another means to contact you.
