Wonder how much arm-twisting we'd have to do on Dave to get to run something "new"? Is this something we'd even want to visit?

No no no no. Traditional track configuration, please. I need to outrun the Chump car I've been racing with my TTD car.

I'm watching you, hustler...

Wow THREE check rides for TT3? That is fantastic.

Ken,

You have me in TTB twice with the latest update. I may show up twice on the registration, as Scott had me re-register as an instructor running TTB for this weekend.

That said, I will just be driving one car once per session.

Thanks!

JC

fixed, and yeah it does show you twice. That's what I get for trying to Ctrl-C Ctrl-V to get a quick update out there without hand scrubbing the data real quick

If you need contingency fodder, I can run TT3 in the Cayman.

Har-har! Take it you got the new Miata LS1 put together? Glad you got signed up, looks like TT3 might make a class of 5.

Anyone got rain tires for beg/borrow/sale????

Oh you know the whole class would appreciate that! I'd even buy you a free beer at the Saturday night party! Yea, I'm a big spender... We've got Amy on deck just in case TT3 is short a driver, too. And she IS a rather short driver. Oh the puns!

We are currently trimming down the crazy long splitter, so I don't do the driftoro thing in high speed corners like the last time we were out. Sometimes too much is a bad thing.

Nope the Miata is not ready yet but is getting closer. I am registered for instructing purposes only, no Fiats. Can I 'race' my truck? It's reasonably fast... in a straight line...

Besides, you have been struggling this year so I figured I would give you an easy shot at tire contingency. It's only Fair after all.

Dang, I have been watching your progress on FB and hoped it was close....

Our LS1 NA/NB Miata kit is coming along, but very very slowly. I feel your pain.

As badly as I was whipped by these two guys above at Nationals, that ain't far off the mark. Got schooled...

I can run where needed. I have a transponder, but it's not installed. I will bring it and some tools. Hopefully I will have time to throw it on (it's wired).

Fair

Great event, everyone. After the Friday rains it was beautiful weather for Saturday and Sunday. We barely got out of the 70s on Saturday and only saw 84° by the afternoon on Sunday. So nice! We had some great sessions on both days and a number of TT records fell, even with a "green" track.

As soon as I catch my breath, the pics and videos from this event will be uploaded and I'll post a link here. Amy got pictures of almost everyone running in TT at the carousel on Sunday.

Nope, it should stay imho. Still 1.507 (or better) to go for TTD to have a faster TR than TTE on TWS 2.9 CCW. At least they're ahead of TTF now

More than "narrowly", that was on street rubber when I have room for R6 glory. I have to get back to Hallett next year to rid myself of the "rider". We need a ceremonial extraction, maybe with fire.

I finally edited some video from 09/22/13. This the third TT session on Sunday. Since I was kind enough to help out with Instructor duties, I was allowed to play in the big boy session. But, since I had no times, I had to start the session dead last.

On a personal note, I scored a Personal Best in Lap Six.

Some of you (mostly TTE and TTD) appear in this video:

Turn up the volume for the full effect.

Good video. I liked the soundtrack too. I believe the M3? was a scion FR-S or subaru BRZ.

This link lists all the cars on the track (with transponders) at that particular session, so I was guessing in some cases.

the only one out there was Sean Farrah, listed as the 350Z race car he usually (well sometimes ) brings out. Car wasn't ready, so fun street car comes out instead.
