EricJo
Here's the rules: All NASA TT cars must display a three-digit number on both sides and the front and rear of the car unless a one or two digit number has been assigned to that vehicle by NASA TT administration. Numbers must be of a contrasting color to the car or otherwise clearly visible, at least 10-inches tall with a 1.5-inch stroke for the sides, and four inches high for the rear. NASA TT cars must also display a class designation on both sides and the front and rear of the car in a four-inch height in contrasting color to the car What is the size required for the front number? 10" or 4"

kbrew8991
Yeah the way that's written there is no required size for the front number. Greg - can we expect it to be 4" like the rear numbers? Would be nice for new guys to be able to just pick up a pair of 10" and a pair of 4"

The numbers on the front are really for impound. As the cars drive up to impound, the inspector needs to be able to see what car number and class to decide if that is the car that needs to be held.
