Howie 0
I miss CMS! I agree. On the west coast there wasn't too much resistance to running a Roval, but since moving to NC I've noticed no one here seems interested or fears they'll smack the wall. The last event at CMS had a pretty low turn out too. I'd love to run there again, especially under the lights but if there's no turn out there's probably not much chance of covering the expense or even thinking of having them flip the lights on. Night races we had out west were always a huge hit and so much fun to do. Regardless the current 2014 SE schedule looks great!!

Whaler167 0
I have been having a great time with NASA-SE since 2007. In my opinion this is by far the best schedule ever! (Can you say - BARBER!) My son received his driving permit on Oct. 7th and has been wearing out our Street S2000 ever since. We are looking forward to many NASA weekends over the next several years. How can I/we preregister for Barber and every other event in 2014? Looks like a little overlap of regions will be fun for all. I need to spend some $ on the car and get it ready for HC in 2014. William will of course be driving it in DE-1 as soon as Jim will let him on track! Rob/Ron/Karl/Shane - Thanks for all the advice over the years.... I will be PMing you guys for advise on comp school and car prep for HC-1. God Speed!
Rob O 0
This is great news. We should have an excellent turn out in HC for 2014. Comp school, get to it as soon as you can, you will be glad you did.
cucamelsmd15 0
Charlotte won't play nice? Guess my track records will live forever! While I can't speak for Jim, CMS is not playing nice with anyone this year. They have double (and triple) booked the Chump races there twice from my understanding. The race earlier this year was triple booked, so chump apparently ran on the infield. Apparently the upcoming chump race there is also double booked. I know Jim had said at CMP I believe that CMS had something planned for Independence day, and called last minute to know if we were still interested in the track. So yeah, I've heard that the management there leaves a little to be desired on multiple fronts.
