spec iron clutch recommendation

Recommended Posts

I would like to replace the clutch as a preventative measure for next year. I was thinking just getting an OE replacement unit as the power level is stock. Is this a good idea?

thanks,

I always recommend a clutch rated at or slightly above current power levels. It allows some slip to not shock the trans to death and help with standing start traction. If I were you I would leave the one in there, no need the change unless its broke.
