John@trackspec Posted December 17, 2013 Posted December 17, 2013 Hey guys maybe I missed this but what are you spec'd to use as a front bumper brake duct solution? I'm assuming a FR hose and spindle kit for the back side of the kit, wasn't sure on the front bumper inlet solution. Thanks! Quote

I personally run the 4" stuff . fr500s spindle brackets then I just cut a spot in my lower valance for them to fit . "2010 model" Quote
olaaf Posted December 17, 2013 Posted December 17, 2013 I made these plates from aluminum sheet, and riveted them onto the lower bumper cover, where I cut out the trim pieces with the faux plastic grill. These ducts connect to the stock brembo dust shields, which I trimmed and welded in 3” tube sections. Quote

John@trackspec Posted December 19, 2013 Author Posted December 19, 2013 Cool thanks for the responses guys. Was wondering what the rules were on this topic and how you guys were ducting it in as the 05-09 front bumper doesn't have a cheap solution on the market that I know of. Thanks for the info! suck fumes Posted December 19, 2013 Posted December 19, 2013 The Kenny brown kit is the easiest and cleanest to install. The front inlets replace the lower black plastic fillers on the front bumper. Quote
Racer91m Posted February 3, 2014 Posted February 3, 2014 I have a few sets of 4" carbon fiber inlet ducts from the FR500C kits. They are inlet ducts at fascia only. Anyone interested, $300 /pair. They are brand new. email me... Quote
