Jonathan Davis
I am selling my 1990 Spec Miata. It has been a fantastic car to get started in. The car was originally built and raced by AIM Tuning. I bought it from the second owner at the end of 2010 and have raced it from 2011-13. It has been very reliable and performed well enough for me to run near the front in the NASA Great Lakes region. The car has had no major crashes that I am aware of, but it has a few dents and wrinkles from years of Spec Miata use. I have maintained the car as meticulously as I could. Put in your safety gear and transponder and it's ready to race. $8500 or make offer. Older Stewart motor. Still runs strong with good leak-down numbers. Power is good, but not great. 118-120hp. Dyno sheets are available. Mazdacomp diff - rebuilt for 2013 season Front hubs - new for 2013 season Front calipers - Rebuilt for 2013 New alternator in 2013 New ACT 4-puck clutch in 2012 Transmission - Age unknown, but still shifts perfectly Adjustable fuel pressure regulator Fat Cat bump stops Adjustable sway bar end links SD exhaust Tuned AFM Ron Davis radiator NASCAR bars on driver's side Handheld fire bottle Oil and water temp gauges Wideband O2 with A/F ratio gauge Sparco wheel with quick release Shift light Small collection of spares including fresh rotors and pads Current NASA logbook Older SCCA logbook Comes with one set of Team Dynamics wheels with older full tread RA-1s. I can leave in 6 point G-Force belts that expire in 2015 I am in the Cleveland, OH area. I am willing to deliver the car within a reasonable distance and I can assist the new owner with corner-weight and alignment if local. PM me for any additional information or pictures.
