C5 Corvette in TT3 - What counts as "aero"?

Specifically: Vented hoods and/or changing the front bumper such that the air intake is from the front rather than below.

Both provide an aero benefit on a C5 - Do they count as non-OEM aero pieces for classing though?

Do what you want to the hood in the name of "cooling" and take no horsepower hit.

Cut a hole in the front bumper cover and duct it to the radiator in the name of "cooling" and take no horsepower hit.

Put a piece of tape on the gap between the hood and front bumper cover and you take a .4 horsepower hit. Tape or full aero: go big or go slow.

Hoods are free. Any other mods, including tape, are not.

The C5 had no OEM factory aero - ther then the basic design (pretty effective).
