mitchntx
This is specific to Texas World Speedway this past weekend, but I'm sure applies across the board ... First of all, thanks goes to the gentleman who sprinted in 100* heat over to my car to ensure I was OK. He did this even though I had moved well off the racing line in the grass, lowered my window net, waved and gave them the thumbs up sign. I lost a fuel pressure relay and knew I couldn't make the worker station, so I just stopped well out of the way. He just wanted to make sure. Second, a big thanks to ALL the workers who stood in that blazing heat for hours on end just so that I would be safe in the oft chance there was a serious accident. 3rd, it is I who should stand beside the track and applaud YOU for the job you do, not the other way around. It's a thankless job Mitch CMC #
