Do I HAVE to mount this hose to face outside or can I remove altogether. If I have to mount it, can anyone show me how they mounted theirs? I need some ideas on how to mount this dang thing! It seems to me that the hose is designed to pull less-hot outside air into the fan/cooler unit. I'm sure that you can remove it, but you will be pulling hotter interior air into the fan/cooler unit, which reduces the effectiveness of the system.
