Need input on detuning open class EK for H1/Enduro

I recently picked up a K24 powered EK hatch, looks like the cars wayyyy over built for H1 at the current power levels, think it was built for time attack style events (dynos 250-260+ at the wheels i think)

I will have to pull the motor/trans and stick something in there to meet class hp rules and to run enduro races...Any suggestions?

Trying to keep on somewhat of a budget

Cars weighs in at 2150ish plus driver

K20A3 longblock and gearbox from a 2002-2005 Civic Si

Add 5.0 Final Drive and LSD to the 5-speed gearbox

 

You might have to bump up weight but that's an H2-legal setup, which crosses to E1. (Depends on other modifications done to the chassis but H2 and H1 criss-cross a bit)

 

OR

 

Swap in a stock K24A4 from a 2002+ Accord and tune accordingly to squeeze down to PTC, which crosses to E1. (

It sounds like it would be easiest to swap a K24A4 in and get your weight up and run as an "H2" car, which would cross to E1 (Enduro 1).
