2016 ST Rules are posted

The 2016 NASA Super Touring and Super Unlimited Rules are posted on the NASA Rules page, along with the new Dyno Certification Form and ST Car Classification Form.

Please note the significant change to the calculation of horsepower for ST3 this year. We will be using Avg HP instead of Max HP for

calculating the Adjusted Wt/HP Ratio. The tentative plan is to move to using this calculation for the other ST classes in '17 if all goes

as planned. Also, we are planning on expanding the ST classes in '17 to include ST4 at 12:1 (or a new PT class using the ST Rules with

possibly a few additional restrictions or Modification Factors, just as ST3 has a few that don't apply to ST1 and ST2). Either way, if

we add a class, we will delete a (PT) class or classes to prevent field dilution. I will post much more about this in mid-2016.
