z06tracker Posted December 20, 2015 Share Posted December 20, 2015 I have done a number of different things over the years. I just finished the 60-day Insanity Max30 program. When life doesn't get in the way 3 days at the Crossfit box, and a 40-50 mile Saturday bike ride. Have done a couple rounds of P90X prior and it works as well.
