ST4/PTC Rules Change Impact to Enduro Classing?

Does anyone know how the new ST4, and altered PTC will correlate with the E0,1,2 classes??

 

2016 - Current:

PTB = E0 (PTB is gone for 2017)

ST3 = E0

PTC = E1 (12:1 changed to 14.5:1 for 2017)

PTD = E2

 

2017??

ST3 = E0

ST4 = E1? (New class for 2017)

PTC = ??

PTD = E2

2017 rules are out. PTC E1, ST4 E0. I was kinda hoping for ST4 to be E1, but it is a little fast i guess, but there is no way ST4 will compete against ST3, both of which are in E0.
