Fair Posted December 26, 2016 Share Posted December 26, 2016 Nobody is going to ding you for a hole or slit in a bumper cover for a tow hook. I checked the 2016 TT rules and could not find a notation about tow hooks, but I'm fairly certain you are 100% safe to add a hole or slit - just don't get cute and make it much bigger than the opening needed.
