These tires are old ( purchased in late summer 2009), but they are CHEAP. They have always been stored inside a climate controlled building. In the rain they will still work better than drys. I bought them for the 2009 national championship race and never used them ( I also went to bigger wheels in 2010). 4 Hoosier Rains- 275/40R17's These sell new for $1,380+ for a set.
