I do not know what brand these collars are, but they look similar to the collars that Turner Motorsport carries. These work on 1.75" bars only.

Allstar Performance Quick-Release Fire Extinguisher Mount - $55 shipped + PP fees

Accepts most 2.5 lb. extinguishers. The pin can require some effort to pull sometimes, but I'm pretty sure it was designed like that.

In good condition; no functional issues. Fire extinguisher is not included.
