Cheap Place to Dismount Only Tires in Northern Virginia

Any know a cheap (as in $10/wheel cheap) place to just dismount tires? Got some wheels with street tires that need to be taken off, but I won't have new tires for them until spring.

 

Preferably in the Dulles airport-ish area or nearby.

Go to any used tire place for dismounts....they'll knock out for like 5$ a tire.
