Rule Change Proposal: Porsche GT3 classed based on ptw

Currently the gt3 3.6L is disallowed from classing down to gts3. Its required in 4+. This is arbitrary as anyone can build a non-GT3 3.6l motor with similar capabilities given the current rule set and resources and run gts3.

Rather than just allowing the one car...i would say lets go back to just removing the CC limitations overall for GTS. I support this request

When you focus on just one particular car, you get into the weeds.  I have not seen any 996 GT3's that were successfully restricted to less then 300 horsepower. 

I have no desire to see ANY GT3 allowed to "detune" into GTS3.
